ENJOY Winter and RECLAIM your body with Yoga!!
The following schedule of classes will begin Monday Jan. 4th, 2010

The Woodland Park studio is located at 1652 Sunshine Cir. just off of Kelly's Rd. across from Columbine Elementary School.
The Old CO City classes are held at The Studio Art and Dance Center at 3020 W. CO Ave.
She is looking forward to seeing those who have attended class in the past and welcomes those interested in starting or renewing their interest in an Iyengar Yoga practice. ALL classes are appropriate for either the newcomer or seasoned student. The Iyengar style is applicable to all bodies, no matter your perceived physical limitations. It is a practice that gives us tools to connect our body, mind and spirit to all of our daily activities, both at work and play!!
FREE CLASS for returning students who bring a friend who commits to a 4 or 8 class series !!

5:00-6:30 pm.
Tues. and Thurs. evening in Old CO City***
TU. 5:15-6:45 pm.
THURS. 5:30-7:00 pm.
PAYMENT POLICY
4 class pass $50 --- 8 class pass $95---Drop-in $15
You will have a 1 month period of time from date of purchase in which to use your chosen class pass. All class passes are for the individual and may not be shared with family or friends.
A series class "make-up session" must be done WITHIN the timeline of the series.
Gail is honored to continue the tradition of teaching the Iyengar-yoga method to the many dedicated students who have supported classes in this region over the years. She also welcomes newcomers interested in beginning or deepening their exploration of the Art and Science of Yoga.

The 2nd Annual Summer Yoga Camp will take place in Woodland Park, CO. July 15-18, 2010. The cost of $220 will include 12 hours of class, hiking, Sat. night dinner and a whole lot of FUN! Plan for the dates now as summer in Colorado is glorious! Further information on housing options will be sent as interested people reserve their spots. Please join us for the 2nd Annual!!
