White Iris Yoga began offering a full schedule of classes in Santa Fe, NM. in 1982. Gail Ackerman took over as Director in 1985 and built a strong personal and business reputation as offering the finest in yoga instruction available. Guest teachers have included Patricia Walden, Manouso Manos, John Schumacher, Rodney Yee, Erich Schiffmann, Ramanand Patel, Elise Miller, Joan White and many, many more.

Practice is best done with bare feet, an empty stomach, an open heart in hopes of accessing a quiet mind.
Directions: From Colorado Springs take CO Highway 24 west through town until the intersection with Highway 67. Go right (north) to Deckers on 67 until Kelley's Rd. Take a right onto Kelley's Rd. Approx. 1/2 mile turn left onto Sunshine Circle (across from the Columbine Elementary School) Stay on Sunshine Circle. 1652 is the blue house 4th on the left. Park and walk down to the lower level entrance under the wooden porch. Here's a map to the yoga studio.
